Bella Ballerina is Hiring! Bella Ballerina is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized team member to join our fun, professional, and supportive studio this fall! A background in dance, early childhood education, childcare, musical theater, or customer service is preferred, but formal dance training is not required. Reliable transportation is a must. We're looking for someone who is: Professional, dependable, and punctual Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves working with children ages 18 months-10 years A self-starter who can work independently Friendly and confident communicating with parents and families Organized with excellent customer service skills Comfortable using social media and basic computer programs Responsibilities include: Teaching children's dance classes Welcoming families and providing exceptional customer service Assisting with studio operations and front desk duties Managing class enrollments, phone calls, emails, and scheduling Creating and posting social media content Helping with marketing, community outreach, and events Assisting with recitals, camps, birthday parties, and special events Keeping the studio organized, clean, and running smoothly Opportunity for quarterly bonus.
