Dance Studio | Raleigh, NCInspire the Next Generation of Competitive DancersOur studio is seeking a passionate and organized dance professional to lead one of our Companies while teaching both competitive and recreational classes. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on mentoring young dancers, building strong relationships with families, and creating a positive, motivating company culture.

Position OverviewA Company Director is responsible for the overall leadership, organization, and success of the Company competitive program while serving as a valued member of our teaching faculty.

ResponsibilitiesCompany Director Lead and oversee the Company program. Build strong relationships with dancers and families. Coordinate rehearsals, schedules, competitions, and performances. Communicate regularly with company families. Support dancer development, goal setting, and team culture. Assist with auditions, choreography planning, and special events. Dance Instructor Teach recreational and competitive dance classes. Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans. Foster confidence, teamwork, and technical growth. Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom environment. Participate in recitals, competitions, showcases, and studio events. Qualifications 3+ years of dance teaching experience preferred. Competitive dance experience is strongly preferred. Leadership or directing experience is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to inspire and mentor young dancers.
