- Part-time Après Club is expanding to South Lake Tahoe, and we're looking for an experienced, confident Lagree instructor to help lead our newest studio.
This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, building community and helping create a studio environment that feels elevated, welcoming and organized. Our ideal candidate has been Lagree certified for at least one year, is comfortable teaching a high volume schedule and wants to take on a meaningful role within a growing Tahoe-based fitness brand. Position overview Teach 15 or more Lagree classes per week at our South Lake Tahoe studio Option to pick up additional classes at our Incline Village or Truckee locations Potential for an additional 5-10 paid studio lead hours per week Opportunity to grow with Après Club as we expand throughout the Tahoe area Instructor responsibilities Deliver safe, challenging and engaging Lagree classes Offer thoughtful modifications and progressions for a wide range of clients Provide clear, effective cueing and maintain strong control of the room Create a welcoming experience where every client feels supported and seen Arrive prepared and maintain consistency with Après Club's teaching standards Build relationships with clients and contribute to a positive studio community Participate in team trainings, continuing education and studio events Studio lead responsibilities Studio lead hours may include: Helping keep the studio clean, organized and fully stocked Monitoring equipment and communicating maintenance needs Supporting day to day studio operations Helping maintain retail and merchandise displays Assisting with client experience, community outreach and local events Communicating studio needs and updates to the ownership team Qualifications Current Lagree certification required At least one year of Lagree teaching experience strongly preferred Able to commit to teaching 15 or more classes per week Strong understanding of Lagree principles, sequencing and modifications Dependable, professional and comfortable taking initiative Warm, confident and community-oriented Available for a combination of mornings, evenings and weekends Interested in making a minimum one-year commitment Relocation support Candidates moving to the Tahoe area may be eligible for a relocation stipend of up to $2,000 with a one year employment commitment. Relocation terms will be outlined in a written agreement. About Après Club Après Club is a Tahoe-based Lagree studio focused on high-quality instruction, thoughtful programming and elevated community experiences. We currently operate studios in Incline Village and Truckee and are excited to bring Après Club to South Lake Tahoe. Our instructors receive ongoing education, mentorship and opportunities to grow within the company.
