Are you a passionate dance instructor with a vision for building something extraordinary? We're looking for an energetic, creative, and motivated Dance Instructor & Dance Director to launch and lead an exciting new dance program inside our growing gymnastics facility. This is more than just a teaching position—it's an opportunity to shape an entire dance department from the ground up. If you've ever dreamed of creating your own curriculum, building a team, inspiring young dancers, and watching your vision come to life, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Design and develop our dance program for recreational and competitive dancers. Teach engaging, age-appropriate classes in a variety of dance styles. Create class schedules, curriculum, and seasonal programming. Choreograph performances, recitals, and showcase routines. Recruit and retain students while helping grow the program. Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment. Collaborate with our gymnastics staff to create a fun, family-focused atmosphere. Mentor future instructors as the program expands. What We're Looking For Experience teaching dance to children and teens. Strong background in one or more dance styles (ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, lyrical, contemporary, acro, etc.). Leadership experience or a desire to direct and grow a program. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Passion for inspiring confidence and a lifelong love of dance. Job Type:
Full-time or Part-time (based on availability)
Pay:
Competitive and based on experience. Revenue sharing is also an option.
