Qualities we look for in teachers: confident, able to control a class of students (strong classroom management skills) for the entire class by teaching them skills/technique that offer improvement from the beginning of the year to the end, proficiency in styles, and able to make connections with dancers! We also want kids to experience the JOY of dance/movement and have FUN each class with lots of progression along the way! Our class season runs from September
  • May, with a June dance recital (Tumbling classes are not typically in the recital). Persons with tumbling / gymnastics / dance acro teaching experience is preferred! Specifically looking for teachers/assistants in the classes below
  • Interested in leading or assisting tumbling / dance acro foundational skills to children (beginner and intermediate levels
  • others might be available) These classes normally take place on Fridays from 4:30-6:00p but we can be slightly flexible

Mutual Dance Theatre and Arts Centers (formerly MamLuft&Co. Dance and Contemporary Dance Theater) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a resident Modern Dance company of professionals who provide education, outreach, and performance based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mutual Dance Theatre and Arts Centers also offers dance classes for children and adults at schools and community centers across

Beyond the stage, Mutual Dance Theatre and Arts Centers serves thousands of children and families each year through education and outreach programs. Currently active 6 days a week through numerous programs in 9 different areas of neighborhood activity, Mutual Arts brings dance to many who would not otherwise experience it.
