In search of Part-time Group Exercise Instructors who can teach a variety of classes targeting adults at the Louisville Area YMCA Various morning, afternoon, and evening classes Starting rate $11.00 - $16.00 Qualifications Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency Able to teach multiple formats(gentle yoga, dance, etc) targeting older adults preferred Responsibilities include but not limited to Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants Serve as a good role model Communicate with team members Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
