Part-Time / Flexible Taekwondo Instructor About the Role TS Taekwondo is looking for an energetic and experienced Taekwondo instructor who enjoys working with students and bringing martial arts to life. This is an opportunity to showcase your Taekwondo skills, strengthen your leadership abilities, and help create classes that students genuinely look forward to attending. You will have room to bring your own personality, energy, and creative ideas into our structured curriculum while helping students develop confidence, discipline, fitness, and respect.

Our classes include:

Ages 4-6 Ages 7-12 Teens and adults If you enjoy demonstrating your skills, motivating students, and creating a positive and exciting class atmosphere, we would love to meet you. Flexible Schedule This is a part-time position, and flexible scheduling is available. Applicants do not need to be available for every shift listed below. We can discuss a schedule based on your availability and our class needs. Available class and work hours may include:

Tuesday:

2:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Wednesday:

2:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Thursday:

4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Friday:

2:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Saturday:

9:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Sunday and Monday:

Responsibilities Lead and assist with fun, structured Taekwondo classes for students of different ages and skill levels Demonstrate Taekwondo techniques clearly, safely, and confidently Bring positive energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to each class Follow the school's curriculum while contributing ideas for drills, activities, and class improvement Help students develop their technique, confidence, discipline, and physical fitness Monitor student progress and provide encouraging, constructive feedback Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and teamwork Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff Help organize training equipment and maintain a safe and clean facility Participate in instructor training and staff meetings as needed

• Qualifications Previous Taekwondo training and experience required Previous experience teaching or assisting with children's Taekwondo classes preferred Ability to work patiently and effectively with young children, older students, teens, and adults Strong communication and leadership skills An outgoing and encouraging personality Ability to create classes that are active, organized, and fun Reliable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team Commitment to promoting fitness, confidence, discipline, and personal growth through Taekwondo Join TS Taekwondo and use your skills, energy, and personality to make a meaningful impact on our students!
