Starlight is where students come to learn, grow and shine. We are hiring multiple Dance Instructors to join our team. This is not your typical dance studio job. Our team of superstars works together to lead by example and build community. We focus on age-appropriate artistry and strive for excellence in everything we do. Responsibilities:

Teach weekly dance classes based on our curriculum Create engaging lessons and choreography tailored to our students' abilities and growth Choose upbeat, age-appropriate music Choreograph family-friendly, skill-showcasing recital routines Demonstrate dance steps clearly and enthusiastically Maintain a warm, encouraging class environment that promotes learning and confidence Communicate effectively with team members and parents on a regular basis

Qualifications:

Prior experience working with children (dance or early childhood education preferred) Background in dance fundamentals Choreographic creativity Strong classroom management and communication skills Excellent organization Reliable, punctual, and prepared Warm and enthusiastic approach Why Join Starlight Dance Academy?
