- If you enjoy dancing, parties, sales, paid vacation & think you would enjoy teaching social dancing to our members than you should be talking to us! We are seeking an enthusiastic Ballroom Dance Instructor to join our team and teach adults the art of social dancing. This entry-level, full-time position offers comprehensive training in dance, sales, and customer service within a fun, supportive environment. Monday through Friday from 2-10pm. Responsibilities Teach ballroom and Latin dance techniques to adult students Engage and motivate students to build confidence and social dancing skills Provide excellent customer service in addressing student needs Communicate clearly and listen attentively to student feedback Manage class schedules and maintain a positive learning environment Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in dance instruction preferred High school diploma, equivalent or above Strong communication and listening skills Customer service experience Basic understanding of sales fundamentals Effective time management abilities Join a well-established dance studio in Pennsylvania, operating since 2004.
