• About Us Grow in Grace is a growing dance studio offering both recreational classes and a competitive dance team.

We are passionate about building a fun, welcoming environment where every student can thrive — and we're looking for a talented dance teacher to join our team! We are excited to share that we have recently expanded our studio space, meaning even more opportunities for classes and hours are on the horizon.

• The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Dance Teacher to lead our recreational dance classes.

Our studio also runs a competitive dance team (directed separately by studio ownership), so you'll be part of a dynamic, high-energy environment with passionate students at all levels.

Position Details:

20 classes per month Class duration: approximately 50 minutes each

Pay:

$20

• 25 per hour, depending on experience Part-time / Contractor position
• Responsibilities Teach engaging, age-appropriate recreational dance classes Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere for all students Adapt lesson plans to suit varying skill levels Communicate professionally with studio management and parents as needed Arrive prepared and on time for every class
• What We're Looking For Prior experience teaching dance classes (recreational experience preferred) Proficiency in one or more dance styles (e.g., ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, tap, etc.) Strong communication and classroom management skills Energetic, patient, and passionate about dance education Reliable and self-motivated
