Job Summary Join our dynamic Little Rillo Co. team as a cheer and dance Instructor, where your passion for movement and working with children will inspire young athletes to reach their full potential! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging cheerleading and dance classes, foster team spirit, and promote healthy physical activity. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a fun, safe, and motivating environment for children of all skill levels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop coaching skills while making a positive impact on youth through movement and teamwork. Duties Lead cheerleading and dance training sessions tailored to preschool and elementary age groups and with varying skill levels. Develop creative routines that promote teamwork, coordination, and confidence among participants. Teach fundamental techniques in cheerleading and dance Manage behavior and motivate children to stay engaged, fostering a positive team environment Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about progress, schedules, and upcoming events Assist in organizing team practices, competitions, performances, and community events Qualifications Prior experience working with children in sports coaching or physical education settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of cheerleading, high energy jazz, rhythmic tap, ballet, and dance routines. Strong communication skills to effectively instruct children and collaborate with team members and parents. Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while maintaining a fun and safe atmosphere. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive conduct during activities. Pay:
$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
