Youth Dance Instructor

Dance Class Teacher / Birthday Party Lead Teacher Join Our Magical Team at Hello Dancer! In this exciting, multi-role position, you'll bring your passion for dance, creativity, and organizational skills to help create magical experiences both inside and outside the studio. Responsibilities Lead engaging 45-minute to 1-hour dance classes (ballet, tap, hip-hop, creative movement, and mommy-and-me) for children aged 2 months to 9 years. Foster a positive, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and self-expression. Build meaningful relationships with children and families to make every studio visit a magical experience. Execute the studio's curriculum with enthusiasm and creativity. Holiday and Summer Camps Requirements Dance Expertise:

Minimum of 2 years of dancing experience required; prior teaching experience with young children (ages 1-9) is a plus but not required. Warm, friendly personality with a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and families. Team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment. A background in early childhood development or the arts is a bonus.

Compensation Pay Range:

$15•40/hour, depending on responsibilities and experience.
