Relocation Opportunities Available. Singles and Couples Positions Available. Dance Vision Studios is actively seeking experienced Ballroom, Latin, Rhythm and Smooth Dance Instructors to join our growing team in Texas. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about teaching, committed to student development, and interested in building a long-term career within a stable and expanding organization. Our studios focus on creating exceptional experiences for adult students through private lessons, group classes, social events, showcases, and competitive opportunities. Whether your background is franchise-based, independent studio training, collegiate ballroom, pro-am competition, or professional performance, we would love to hear from you.

Ballroom Latin Country Western Social Dancing Wedding Dance Instruction Showcases and Performances Competitive Pro-Am Programs Studio and Regional Events We are actively expanding and are seeking experienced instructors who want to grow alongside an ambitious and supportive organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Teach private dance lessons Conduct group classes Build and maintain strong student relationships Assist students in achieving their personal dance goals Participate in studio events and activities Support showcases, performances, and competitions Contribute to a positive and professional studio culture

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking instructors who possess: Prior Ballroom, Latin, Rhythm or Smooth teaching experience Strong lead and/or follow skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional appearance and presentation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to connect with adult students of all ages and backgrounds Passion for personal growth and continued development

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in one or more of the following is highly valued: Arthur Murray Fred Astaire Dance With Me Independent Ballroom Studios Pro-Am Competition Programs Collegiate Ballroom Programs Competitive Ballroom and Latin Training Professional Performance Experience
