Come be a part of a Dynasty that builds strong leaders in our communities while sharing a passion for dance. Dynasty Dance Academy is a studio on wheels that provides quality dance and leadership classes after school programs across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. DDA is seeking coaches skilled in Leadership, Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, & Pom. This position requires a confident, self-sufficient, energetic individual that loves children. Dance Classes are located inside of Elementary Schools and Recreation Centers across North Texas. We offer high paying, part-time teaching positions in Corinth/South Dallas/Lewisville/McKinney/Plano areas. Must be comfortable managing your own dance program at your assigned elementary schools and recreation centers. Lesson Plans, Instructor Training, and some equipment is provided. Coaches must have access to reliable transportation, cell phone, and bluetooth speaker. Instructors may be called upon to teach in various nearby cities as our company continues to grow. Our teachers' dependability and punctuality to fulfill scheduled lesson times in a safe and fun manner is vital. Our coaches teach a variety of dance styles, a dance background is preferred but not required, as we provide staff training for each coach hired with DDA. Our coaches must be dependable, trustworthy, punctual, and have reliable transportation, mobile phone, and Internet access. All coaches must pass a criminal background check and be fingerprinted by the school district ($25 fee). CPR certification may be required later. Teaching hours are Monday-Thursday from 2:45pm-4pm (if you are only available on certain days, that's fine too). Our pay ranges from $20-$30, pay depends on experience. Must be able to teach at least one or more days at the time specified M-Th @ 2:45pm-4:45pm, 5-8pm, and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
