Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Instructor/Coach to inspire and guide participants across a variety of sports and physical activities. This role is perfect for someone passionate about teaching, sports, and youth development, with a focus on creating a positive, engaging environment that promotes skill-building, teamwork, and early education. As an Instructor/Coach, you will lead groups ages 3-5 years old in gymnastics techniques and early education courses. Duties Lead engaging coaching sessions in the sport of gymnastics. Teach basic preschool education in math, social studies, art & crafts. Ensure safe and welcoming environment for all children and parents. Experience Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work with children or students in a childcare or educational setting Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction across disciplines such as cheerleading, dance, or gymnastics preferred. Basic first aid and cpr certified preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively instruct diverse groups and manage behavior in dynamic environments Previous experience working with students of various ages with an emphasis on behavior management techniques Join us to empower individuals through sport and physical activity! Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
