We believe High Quality Education can still be fun! We aim to produce well-rounded dancers & musicians with a life-long love of the arts. Successful Candidates should be fun, high-energy teachers with a caring approach to classroom control. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have previous experience in a studio setting, be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism with students, parents and co-workers, be an excellent communicator (both in person and via e-mail) and be passionate about providing high-quality dance education in a positive and supportive manner. We are interested in not only developing strong dancers, but also strong community ties. We are proud of the community we have built and we are looking for a team member to join us in continuing to grow and develop that community. Paid training will be provided. Additional compensation in the form of bonuses, continuing education, paid time off, and special event pay are included. We are a professional company that will respect your time and support you in your career journey. Must be available Saturdays. Minimum 5 hours/week.
