Dance Instructor

We are looking for passionate and experienced teachers to join our Vibe Tribe! At The Vibe Dance Academy, we are committed to empowering individuals through movement while maintaining a family-friendly studio, positive culture, and quality training for every level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Ballet and a commitment to building creativity and confidence in students of all ages. This role involves developing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and providing individualized attention to students. The Dance Instructor will play a crucial role in nurturing talent and inspiring a love for dance.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach group classes for children and teens (beginner through advanced/competitive) Choreograph clean, technically strong routines for teams and small numbers (choreography experience strongly preferred) Coach competition teams, run rehearsals, and prepare students for competition and performances Provide constructive corrections, track student progress, and support dancers' development Communicate professionally with directors, parents, and team members; attend required rehearsals, competitions, and staff meetings

Required Qualifications:

Strong dance training and performance experience Teaching experience with children/teens in a studio or competitive setting Up-to-date knowledge of industry technique and competition standards Ability to teach multiple styles, ie Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Ballet. Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
