Ballroom Dance Instructor (We Train You!) - Male and Female Instructor Do you have a heart for others, and the desire to bring out the best in people? We're looking for high-energy, positive individuals to join our team as Ballroom Dance Instructors—no professional dance experience required. We're also looking for driven people who have a desire to push and grow themselves personally and professionally! At our studio, we believe dance is about connection, confidence, and having a great time. We'll teach you everything you need to know—you just bring the personality and drive to be your best self.

What You'll Do:

Teach beginner to intermediate students how to dance Lead fun, engaging private lessons and group classes Help students feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn Travel on fun trips once or twice a year for dancing. Build relationships with students and be part of their progress Be part of a supportive, team-focused studio environment

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality Strong communication and people skills Reliable and professional Willingness to learn and be coached Passion for helping others grow No dance experience? No problem. Backgrounds that do especially well here: customer service, fitness, performing arts, teaching, or anyone who enjoys working with people. Not sure if this is you? What We Offer:

Paid training program (we teach you how to dance AND how to teach) Flexible scheduling (days & evenings) Part-time --> Full- time position. Varies by what you are looking for.
