POSITION
All Is Dance Academy Coordinator (Part-Time Seasonal Position)
SUMMARY:
The All Is Dance Academy Coordinator would be responsible to recruit, mentor, and evaluate instructors. Under the direction of the Program Manager, is responsible for implementing a comprehensive dance program which includes instructional classes and an end of the year recital.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in dance programs as a dancer, instructor or coordinator. 2. Ability to plan, organize and lead the dance program. 3. Knowledge of progressive age appropriate dance instruction. 4. Passion for running a high quality program supportive of all participants and coaches.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Recruit instructors in a variety of dance styles. 2. Plan and organize class schedules and offerings for the Academy. 3. Train, oversee and evaluate Academy staff. 4. Organize and execute the Academy end of season dance recital in collaboration with academy staff. 5. Responsible for creating program material such as newsletters, recital tickets, program, etc. branded for the academy. 6. Provide substitute coverage in classes as needed. 7. Communicate program information and expectations to participants, parents, and or community members. 8. Communicate pertinent program information or needs to the Recreation Program Manager. 9. Complete, collect, and submit all applicable forms, reports, and payroll documentation as directed by immediate supervisor or department administrator. 10. Assist in organizing and inventorying equipment. 11. Ability to understand the needs of the community as applicable to the dance academy. 12. Responsible for all communication, fee collection, and order processing of recital costumes. 13. Ability to facilitate conflict resolution and independently solve problems as needed or in consultation with department administrators. 14. Other duties as assigned by the
Program Manager Pay:
$22-$27/hour
Hours:
