Position Overview:
The Director of Radiologic Technology will be a pioneering figure in establishing a comprehensive and innovative program at CNCC. This individual will lead all aspects of the program, including administration, planning, curriculum development, and adherence to accreditation standards—all while enhancing student learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Radiologic Technology Program. Teach courses and collaborate with faculty to provide high-quality education. Lead curriculum development, assessment, and improvement efforts. Manage the program's budget and coordinate with clinical facilities. Recruit, supervise, and evaluate qualified instructional staff. Establish and maintain program policies, including admissions and completion criteria. Attend mandatory advisory board meetings and engage with community stakeholders. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Associate Dean of Allied Health.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Radiologic Technology, Education, or related field preferred. Current certification and licensure in radiologic technology. Minimum of five years of experience in radiologic technology, with at least three years in a teaching or administrative role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
