Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Discovery Canyon Campus to lead daily operations and educational quality for our early childhood program. The Site Director oversees staff, ensures licensing and safety compliance, manages enrollment and family relationships, and maintains budget and center performance. This role designs and supports curriculum implementation, coaches teachers, and builds a positive, inclusive culture. The Site Director partners closely with families and school partners to support children's development while driving continuous improvement and staff development.
