The ideal candidate is an experienced educator with a strong background in curriculum, instruction, and data-driven practices.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field to educational curriculum Successful teaching experience in BOTH primary grades (K-2) and intermediate grades (3-5) Strong understanding of best instructional practices across content areas Experience with navigating through student assessment platforms, including Cambium Practice in analyzing data and using data to drive instructionKey Responsibilities:
Provide instructional coaching through modeling, co-teaching, observation, and feedback Support teachers in analyzing and using student data to drive instructional decisions Assist with planning and implementing high-quality, standards-aligned instruction Coordinate professional development opportunities to support staff Collaborate with administration and staff to support school-wide academic goals, including developing and leading reinforcement and enrichment tutoring sessions Manage the planning, training, and administering of district, state, and national assessments while complying with testing ethics, schedule, staff roles, and materials security.Preferred Skills:
