Job Summary Manage and lead in planning, development, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation of precollege science, mathematics, engineering, and technology programs for teachers/students. Provide program leadership in the administration of state and district education partnerships. May be responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.

Interact with faculty, staff, students, K-12 state education officials (superintendents, principals, teachers). Responsibilities Job Duty 1

• Manage and lead in the planning, development, budgeting, implementation and evaluation of programs and/or state and district education partnerships. Job Duty 2
• Hire and supervise program staff and establish positive working relationships and communications with clients, internal and external staff and consultants. Job Duty 3
• Develop and assess curriculum according to state and national science, mathematics, and technology standards. Provide professional development for teachers on the content and method of science and math instruction. Job Duty 4
• Develop and assist in the development of proposals to external funding sources including private, state, and federal agencies. Job Duty 5
• Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Master's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Other Required Qualifications Weekends and evenings may be required for special events, dinners, football games, etc; some travel Required Experience Eight to ten years job related experience Preferred Qualifications Additional Preferred Qualifications Ability to coordinate activities among diverse groups and stakeholders is preferred Fluency in a second language may be preferred Preferred Educational Qualifications Master's Degree in Education Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in computer science and AI education, including curriculum design and implementation.

Experience with robotics platforms (e.g., VEX and similar systems) in teaching and learning environments. Hands-on experience with Arduino/ Rasberry Pi and microcontroller-based instructional applications. Proficiency in educational technology tools that support blended, hybrid, and experiential STEM learning. Working knowledge of CNC routers, digital fabrication, and makerspace technologies. Experience leading rural STEM/CS initiatives or programs focused on expanding access. Ability to integrate computational thinking, AI literacy, and engineering design into K-12 learning environments. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities SKILLS This job requires a working knowledge of marketing and educational outreach related program planning and design, especially as it relates to assigned target group of potential and/or enrolled students. Also required are skills in maintaining a detail orientation, organization, presentation, customer relations and communications.
