Director of Curriculum Instruction and Assessment Bricolage

- select the highest leverage, measurable, bite-sized action step Meet with teachers weekly to debrief observations Invest teachers in action steps and hold them accountable for taking them Assess the needs of teachers and students, and plan and lead professional development to address those needs
