In this role, you will serve as the instructional heartbeat of our school — guiding teachers, overseeing curriculum implementation, and ensuring every classroom reflects the high-quality, research-based standards that define the Primrose brand of excellence. If you love both teaching and developing people, this is the role for you. What you'll do: Lead the implementation and oversight of the Primrose curriculum across all classrooms and age groups Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development support to teaching staff Conduct regular classroom observations and deliver constructive, actionable feedback Plan and lead staff meetings, training sessions, and curriculum-focused professional development days Facilitate parent-teacher conferences and support staff in building strong family partnerships Assist with classroom management strategies, modeling best practices when needed Support new teacher onboarding and guide ongoing mentorship for developing educators Serve as a leadership resource for staff, stepping into classrooms or situations as needed to provide hands-on support Who you are: You are a natural teacher of teachers.
