Director of Career Exploration and Strategic PartnershipsJob Summary:
The Director Career Exploration and Strategic Partnerships is the primary architect of the district's future-readiness ecosystem, bridging K-12 systems with regional economic vitality. This role leads the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic pathways ensuring every student is prepared for success in the 4E's:
Enrollment, Enlistment, Employment, or Entrepreneurship. Internally, the Director collaborates with the Curriculum Department and Superintendent's office to ensure instructional programs provide the foundational knowledge and self-awareness students need to navigate their post-graduation transition. Externally, the Director cultivates a robust talent pipeline through high-level industry and public-private partnerships, facilitating the real-world learning experiences that define the district's value. By aligning rigorous internal systems with external community needs, the Director ensures students can confidently communicate their unique abilities while positioning the district as a premier economic asset and driver of community prosperity.Qualifications:
Master's degree in education or a related field. Valid Ohio administrative license. Five or more years of experience in secondary education, leadership, counseling, career readiness, or curriculum leadership. Valid driver's license.Working Conditions:
8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE. View the attachment for any special requirements and job description.Application Procedure:
