Your expertise in instructional methodologies and project management will ensure the delivery of innovative curricula aligned with organizational goals. Duties Lead the design, development, and evaluation of comprehensive curricula across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with educational standards and organizational objectives Oversee the implementation of instructional strategies utilizing advanced learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms Facilitate professional development sessions for educators focused on instructional best practices, curriculum content development, and integration of learning technology tools like Adobe Captivate and SCORM standards Manage projects related to course design, instructional content creation, and e-learning modules using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) methodology Provide coaching and mentorship to teachers and instructional staff to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement Collaborate with technology teams to optimize LMS functionalities and ensure seamless delivery of online courses and training modules Monitor program outcomes through data analysis to inform continuous improvement efforts in curriculum quality and instructional effectiveness Requirements Proven experience in instructional leadership within educational settings, including classroom experience and teacher training roles Strong expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, adult education principles, and project management methodologies Technical proficiency with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or similar systems; familiarity with SCORM compliance standards for e-learning content Skilled in using productivity software for content development, presentation creation, and documentation purposes Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional development workshops and teacher coaching sessions effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences Proficiency in Adobe Captivate or comparable authoring tools for creating engaging digital learning content Knowledge of learning technology trends and experience integrating innovative solutions into educational programs Join us as we empower educators to inspire learners through innovative curricula and transformative instruction!
