Job Description:
Firstsource is seeking experienced instructors, coaches, artisans, and hands-on professionals for an upcoming paid research project in the San Francisco Bay Area. Multiple locations in
San Francisco Bay Area, CA Engagement:
Project-based, independent contractor

Duration :
2-4 months Selected experts will teach practical skills to a small group of beginners through a structured series of lessons. Areas of Expertise We welcome applications from professionals in areas such as: Cooking, baking, and beverages Arts, crafts, and creative making Sewing, textiles, and fiber arts Fitness, wellness, and dance Outdoor activities, nature, and gardening Technical, repair, and practical skills Music and performing arts Beauty and personal care First aid, safety, and instructional training Other hands-on skills suitable for teaching beginners What We're Looking For Strong practical or professional expertise Previous teaching, coaching, training experience Ability to explain and demonstrate tasks clearly Strong communication and facilitation skills Reliability and availability for a multi-session project Relevant license or certification where required Ideal Candidates Currently teach classes, workshops, or private lessons Have experience teaching individuals and small groups Can create or adapt a structured curriculum Help prepare vocabulary, reference materials, and assessment questions Maintain a consistent and engaging teaching approach throughout the project Can provide examples of classes, professional work, or instructional experience Are dependable, organized, and comfortable collaborating with a production team How to Apply Submit your resume and indicate the subject or practical skill you teach.
