Responsibilities Develop comprehensive drum curricula tailored to different skill levels, ages, abilities, and learning objectives. Manage classroom environments to ensure safety, focus, and positive engagement during all sessions. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in teaching drums or percussion instruments with a focus on creative arts instruction. Experience working with children and special needs, demonstrating patience and effective behavior management strategies. Familiarity with musical instruments, especially drums and percussion instruments, along with instrumental performance teaching skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners including special needs adults in educational settings.
