Job Description

Lead Performing Arts Instructor (Theater & Improv Camps) We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Lead Performing Arts Instructor to lead our weeklong theater and improv camp from August 10-14 for children ages 4.5-11. The ideal candidate creates a fun, structured environment where students build confidence and performance skills while preparing for a final showcase. This position is a one-week summer camp role . Based on performance and program needs, there is an opportunity to continue teaching with us during the upcoming school-year season . Responsibilities Lead daily theater and improv sessions Deliver engaging, structured lesson plans Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment Prepare students for an end-of-week performance Adapt activities for children ages 4.5-11 Collaborate with staff and work at different camp locations as needed Qualifications Experience working with children in a leadership or teaching role Background in theater, improv, or performing arts Strong classroom management and communication skills Energetic, organized, and reliable Passion for inspiring confidence through the performing arts Join us in creating memorable experiences that help children discover their creativity and confidence while growing your career in performing arts.
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
