Job Summary Boulder Symphony Music Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Voice Instructor to inspire and nurture students of all ages in their musical journey. As a Voice Instructor, you will design engaging lessons that foster technical skill, musicality, and confidence. Your role is vital in creating a vibrant learning environment where students can thrive, whether they are beginners or advanced players. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise and cultivate a lifelong love of music through dynamic teaching methods. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to diverse student needs, including beginners, children, and adults. Deliver engaging voice lessons that emphasize proper technique, tone production, sight-reading, and musical interpretation. Prepare students for recitals and additional performance opportunities Communicate with families about student progress, lessons, and practice suggestions Requirements Proven experience in teaching voice with a strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning. Excellent management skills with the ability to work with children, teenagers, and adults across different skill levels. Demonstrated ability to engage students through innovative teaching techniques and behavior management strategies. Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a supportive environment that encourages artistic growth.
