Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Enrichment/Performing Arts instructor. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the arts and have experience working with diverse populations. The ultimate goal is to guide students in developing their artistic skills, boosting their self-confidence, and encouraging them to express themselves through the performing arts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging and creative performing arts programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, Education, or related field Proven experience in teaching or facilitating performing arts programs Strong knowledge of various performing arts disciplines such as music, dance, theater, and visual arts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds Creative and innovative approach to program development
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performing arts programs that cater to the needs and interests of participants Plan and lead engaging workshops, classes, and performances Provide guidance and support to participants to foster their artistic skills and self-confidence Collaborate with colleagues to integrate performing arts programs with other enrichment activities Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants Keep accurate records of program attendance, participant progress, and feedback If you are a passionate and creative individual with a desire to make a difference through the arts, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
