In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and help students of all ages develop their strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Whether working with children or adults, your enthusiasm and expertise will create a vibrant space for growth, creativity, and achievement. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love of movement and performance while making a meaningful impact on learners' lives. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to different skill levels and age groups, emphasizing safety, technique, and artistic expression Lead engaging acro classes to enhance students' physical abilities and confidence Manage classroom dynamics effectively by implementing behavior management strategies and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including proper use of equipment and spotting techniques for acrobatics arts Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, special events, performances, and workshops to promote a well-rounded program Requirements Proven experience in teaching acrobatics or related movement disciplines such as ballet, dancing, theater or aerial arts Strong background in classroom management and working with children or adults in educational settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and behavior management strategies Experience with childcare or preschool environments is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse learners of all ages Join us as an Acro Teacher and become part of a lively community dedicated to nurturing talent through energetic instruction and creative expression.
