Posting Details Posting Information Posting Number temp hourly248P Quick Link for Internal Postings https://jobs.wcu.edu/postings/7383 Classification Title Musical Theatre Accompanist Working Title Musical Theatre Accompanist #T00774 Department School of Stage & Screen Salary Range $27.77/hour Posting Information The Musical Theatre Accompanist will assist the Musical Theatre faculty in production rehearsals, program auditions, and playing in the pit as needed during productions. Candidates should possess exceptional piano skills, specifically in relation to musical theatre, have a strong background in musical theatre, and have intimate familiarity with the production process. This position requires frequent night time availability, as this is the daily time frame most often used for the rehearsal and performance process. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position Minimum Qualifications Candidates should possess exceptional piano skills, specifically in relation to musical theatre, have a strong background in musical theatre, and have intimate familiarity with the production process.
