Director of GPAC Summary:

The Strings Instructor for Grace Performing Arts Center will provide string lessons while fostering a Christ-centered and engaging learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. Develop personalized lesson plans to meet individual students' needs and goals. Prepare students for recitals, showcases, and assessments. Foster a positive and Christ-centered learning environment. Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents. Collaborate with the Director of GPAC and follow all policies to enhance the GPAC's offerings and program. Participate in recitals, showcases, meetings, and other events as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be a follower of Jesus Christ and have a lifestyle that demonstrates biblical integrity. Committed to the core values of Grace Baptist Church. Proven experience as a strings instructor. Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels. A positive attitude at all times and poise under pressure. High attention to detail and accuracy with complete follow-through. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Excellent organizational skills. Grace Performing Arts Center
