Job Overview Lifework Education is seeking part-time, experienced BLS and ACLS certified instructors to join our Glendale team. Must be certified as a BLS instructor with AHA, ARC, or ASHI Certification as an ACLS or PALS instructor is a plus Duties Instructing BLS and ACLS courses three to four times weekly. Ensuring quality education through partnering AHA standards with custom learning solutions to secure positive learning outcomes that can be measured. Promote in-depth understanding through administering skills tests and hands-on training. Conduct skills check-offs for blended classes Maintain clean training equipment and training area. Set up equipment and paperwork, and maintain a clean training center for upcoming classes Responsible for handling and maintaining instructor and student materials. Maintain accurate and timely records on student performance, course success, and attendance. Offer proactive communication with Lifework Education's internal and external customers. Requirements BLS and ACLS Certified instructor experience. Open availability Monday through Friday with some Saturday and evening flexibility. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate diverse groups effectively. Strong organizational skills Superior time management Provides quality instruction with kindness.
