Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Behind-the-Wheel Driving Instructor, where your passion for teaching and driving excellence will empower new drivers to navigate the roads safely and confidently. In this paid role, you will deliver engaging, practical instruction tailored to adult and teenage learners, guiding them through the essential skills needed to become responsible and skilled drivers. Your expertise will help shape confident drivers while fostering a positive learning environment that encourages growth and safety. Responsibilities Conduct behind-the-wheel driving lessons for adult and teenage students, ensuring they develop safe driving habits and skills. Assess each student's driving abilities and customize instruction to meet their individual learning needs. Demonstrate proper vehicle control, traffic laws, and defensive driving techniques during practical sessions. Provide clear, constructive feedback to students to improve their driving performance and confidence. Ensure all lessons are conducted in compliance with local traffic laws and safety regulations. Foster a supportive and motivating environment that encourages student engagement and learning.

Skills/Requirements:

Proven experience in driving, with a clean and valid driver's license. Proven experience as a driving instructor is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate to become an instructor.

Bilingual required:

English plus another language. High School Diploma or GED required. Candidates interested in a long-term position are highly preferred. Flexible schedule - We are open 7 days a week, however, you will work according to client bookings.

Time window of availability:

8am-6pm Urgently hiring. Strong teaching ability. Minimum age of 21+ years old. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and feedback. Skills to maintain focus and discipline during practical lessons. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety protocols, and defensive driving techniques. Ability to remain patient, positive, and energetic while guiding learners through their journey to becoming safe drivers. Join us in making a difference on the road!
