About Us Club Pilates is more than just a studio—it's a supportive community committed to helping people move better, feel better, and live better. We're looking for a motivated, passionate, and leadership-driven Lead Instructor to inspire excellence and help guide the instructor team. Job Summary The Lead Instructor plays a pivotal role in supporting the teaching team and ensuring exceptional class quality. This hybrid role includes teaching, mentoring, and collaborating with studio leadership to cultivate a high-performing and positive studio culture. What You'll Do
  • Teach dynamic, form-focused group Pilates classes
  • Observe and coach instructors using structured feedback tools
  • Mentor new hires through bridge training and onboarding
  • Assist with instructor recruitment and job interviews
  • Attend intro classes with lower close rates and offer coaching support
  • Plan and lead quarterly instructor development workshops
  • Collaborate with studio managers on member workshops and studio events
  • Maintain equipment and flag repair needs
  • Foster a connected, upbeat, and inclusive team environment
  • Serve as the go-to resource for flows, sub coverage, and teaching questions
  • Draft a quarterly instructor newsletter and contribute to internal communications
  • Partner on teacher training events and instructor outreach What We're Looking For
  • 500 hour Comprehensive Pilates certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of group class teaching experience preferred
  • Positive leadership style with strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to studio excellence
