You'll partner with families and staff, co-teach in a team environment, drive our student transport van when required, and help create a positive learning experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support school-age students during distance learning sessions Assist students with online lessons, assignments, and time management Co-plan and implement engaging activities during non-instructional times (recess, snack, enrichment) Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment and follow center policies Transport students safely in center van for school pickups/drop-offs or activities as needed Communicate regularly and professionally with families and team members Participate in mentorship, training, and staff meetings Required Qualifications Genuine love for working with children and strong commitment to their learning and well-being Reliable, punctual, energetic, and team-oriented Ability to work collaboratively in a team-teaching model Clean driving record and valid driver's license; comfortable driving a passenger van Background check and any required clearances/certifications as per state/local regulations Experience with school-age children preferred (but we provide training/mentoring) Preferred Qualifications Early Childhood Education coursework or related certifications First Aid/CPR certified (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Extensive on-the-job mentoring and professional development Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow professionally within the Academy How to Apply Send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your experience with school-age children, driving experience, and why you'd be a great fit to
