We serve children from birth to 13 years old in a warm, homelike environment that emphasizes socio-emotional development. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Co-teacher for our PreK and school-aged children, who also has the ability to drive and assist with general cleaning duties. This dynamic role involves supporting classroom activities, helping children with homework, safely transporting children from school, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys working with children of all ages, and is committed to creating a positive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and implement engaging activities for PreK and school-aged children Assist children with homework, reading, and other educational tasks to promote learning and development Safely drive children from their schools to the child care center, ensuring their safety at all times. Mileage Paid Support classroom management by maintaining a positive, inclusive environment Perform general cleaning duties to ensure the classroom and common areas are tidy and sanitary Help with daily setup and cleanup of activities and materials Follow all safety protocols during transportation and within the center Experience Prior experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Knowledge of early childhood development or coursework in Child Development is a plus Ability to perform light cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness standards Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Must have full coverage auto insurance and be willing to drive locally from school sites to child care location Join us in making a meaningful difference in children's lives by fostering growth, curiosity, and joy every day!
