We're looking for a hands-on baking instructor to lead after-school classes for youth at our Denver locations. This role is a great fit for home bakers, culinary professionals, or anyone with real baking skills who enjoys teaching in a fun, creative environment. No teaching license required — just genuine skills and a passion for working with young people. Why You'll Love This Role $20-25 per session, based on experience, plus bonuses 3 one-hour sessions per week, starting at 3:30 PM September through December, with strong instructors often invited back for future sessions Location in Denver 80219 All materials and curriculum provided No teaching license required What You'll Do Lead interactive, hands-on baking lessons for youth Guide students through measuring, mixing, and preparing real take-home treats Teach safe and proper use of kitchen tools and equipment Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment What We're Looking For Baking skills: professional or hobbyist Experience working with children Comfort teaching safe kitchen practices and food safety CPR certification (or willingness to obtain, in-person training provided) Ability to pass a background check and complete Colorado Mandated Reporter training (training provided) General liability insurance required prior to your first session.
