Company Overview Northern Colorado Truck Driving Academy (NCTDA) is hiring an experienced CDL A Driver Trainer (5+ Years Experience Required) for our Fort Collins location, with the occasional travel to our Wyoming Truck Driving Academy (WYTDA) in Cheyenne. NCTDA has over 26 years in CDL training and testing. We offer our clients small class sizes, hands-on instruction, and a consistent local schedule. We're looking for an experienced professional driver who enjoys mentoring others and helping new drivers earn their CDL. Position Summary We are currently seeking an experienced CDL A Driver Trainer to join our team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Trainers must be willing to occasionally travel between both locations when operational support is needed . Prior instructional experience is preferred but not required. We welcome experienced professional drivers who enjoy mentoring, coaching, and helping the next generation of drivers succeed. This position is intended strictly for experienced professional drivers. Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) years of CDL Class A driving experience. Recent CDL graduates or entry-level drivers will not be considered.
