Our instructors don't just teach students how to pass a driving test. They teach defensive driving, situational awareness, responsibility, and life-saving decision making. Company vehicles provided for behind-the-wheel instruction. What You'll Do Teach teens and adults how to become safe, responsible drivers. Conduct behind-the-wheel driving lessons. Teach classroom driver education courses. Prepare students for their Colorado driving test. Coach students using real-world experience and practical defensive driving techniques. Help build safer roads throughout our community. We're Looking For People Who Have at least one year of experience as a police officer or firefighter (current or former, any state). Have a clean Colorado driving record. Enjoy mentoring and teaching others. Communicate professionally and patiently. Can work some weekday and/or weekend hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Want a rewarding job with flexibility and purpose. No Teaching Experience? No problem. We provide the training and pay you while you complete your Colorado Driving Instructor certification.
