Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating and training individuals of all ages to become safe and responsible drivers.Duties:
- Provide driving instruction to students of varying skill levels
- Conduct in-car driving lessons emphasizing safety and defensive driving techniques
- Develop lesson plans and provide constructive feedback to students
- Demonstrate proper driving procedures and techniques
- Ensure adherence to traffic laws and regulations during lessons
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson plans
Requirements:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- CT driver's license and CT commercial instructor's license
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey driving concepts
- Ability to educate both young learners and adults
- Proficient driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws
- Patience and understanding to guide students through the learning process
