About the Role We deliver theatrical, hands-on STEM programs to elementary students across the DMV. We supply full curriculum, lab gear, and step-by-step training. You supply high-voltage energy, strict classroom management, and total reliability.
Key Responsibilities Perform & Teach:
Lead high-energy, interactive science workshops and demonstrations for elementary school-aged children.
Inspire:
Turn complex science concepts into unforgettable, hands-on fun!
Travel:
Drive to various schools, community centers, and event locations across the DMV.
Pick up:
workshop equipment from our warehouse in Silver Spring, MD. Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Group Management Experience:
Minimum 1 year managing groups of 10+ elementary kids simultaneously (e.g., classroom, theater, camp counseling, youth athletics).
Reliable Personal Vehicle:
Must own a reliable car to haul equipment kits to event sites.
Punctuality & Communication:
Track record of arriving early and responding to schedule confirmations within 24 hours.
Background Clearance:

Note:
Hours fluctuate based on school schedules and event bookings. This is a targeted, part-time supplemental role, not a full-time 40-hour position.
