Job Summary Join our dynamic transportation team as a Motor Coach Driver and become the friendly face behind the wheel of our comfortable, well-maintained motor coaches. Responsibilities Safely operate motor coaches on designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking mechanical systems, brakes, lights, and tires Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger counts for operational records Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers using clear communication skills to coordinate schedules and address concerns Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations to ensure passenger safety at all times Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement (or equivalent) Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or limousine services; delivery driver experience is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge of motor coach systems and basic maintenance procedures Experience operating paratransit vehicles or school buses is advantageous Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with passengers and team members Ability to handle various driving conditions and maintain composure under pressure Prior experience in customer service roles demonstrating professionalism and friendliness Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations related to bus and commercial vehicle operation Join us as a Motor Coach Driver and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and friendly transportation services.
