If you're already certified, great. If not, we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Teach students how to drive in a safe, patient, and structured way Provide clear instructions and real-time feedback during lessons Help students build confidence behind the wheel Follow all state driving laws and safety guidelines Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills (you can explain things simply without getting frustrated) Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with new and nervous drivers Driving instructor certification (preferred, not required — we will train) Bonus If You Have Previous teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience Experience working with teens or first-time drivers Why Join Us Flexible hours Paid training if not certified Consistent hourly pay Opportunity to build a valuable skill set
