Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. Responsibilities Strap load, dump loads, help with cutt ing loads and around the trailer help rake and blow Experience Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus driving or paratransit services Proven experience or commercial driving roles Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities such as bilingual proficiency are a plus for serving diverse communities Experience working with children, seniors, or individuals needing special care demonstrates your ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems to assist in basic troubleshooting and maintenance checks Prior experience in customer service roles that require excellent interpersonal skills and behavior management techniques Knowledge of local traffic regulations and safety standards relevant to school bus driving or paratransit services Join us as a CDL Driver and become an essential part of a team committed to safe, reliable transportation.
