Job Summary Marine Service Technologies Instructor Opportunity Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce the position of Marine Service Technologies Instructor - P11285 with the Division ofWorkforce Development. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community. The Marine Service Technologies Instructor provides instruction for the Marine Service Technologies program and reports to the Director of Business and Workforce Development. The instructor is responsible for effectively teaching the program, creating an ideal learning environment, maintaining an appropriate balance of discipline, and being able to transfer knowledge to students, while staying abreast of evolving regulations within the industry. Persons applying for this position must be dependable, highly responsible, independent, self-starting, and have the ability to interact with a diverse student population. Who We're Looking For Associate's degree and must hold certifications in marine service technologies with at least 5 years of expertise in the field, or a minimum of three years of experience as a certified teacher in a marine service technologies program. All applicants will be required to submit to a criminal background check.
