Job Summary At Blue Life Pool Service , we're not looking for the cheapest tech or the one who knows the most. We're looking for the right person. and for this role, you must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. If you're reliable, enjoy working outdoors, show up on time, and treat the job like it's your own — we'll teach you everything else. We have our own in-house training program (water chemistry, equipment, safety, Florida regulations) that turns you into a professional from the ground up. Who we're looking for: Great attitude and a willingness to learn (this is #1) Punctual and dependable Valid driver's license Someone who wants to grow with the company — not just another job Bilingual (English & Spanish) No pool experience needed. If you have it, great — but what we value most here is your character.
